The national case-law database collates over 450 cases, that have been collected by the participating judges, from across the Member States that are included in the CONTENTION project. The database catalogues the interpretation of Article 15 of the Return Directive (2008/115/EC) and the specific criteria examined therein. Judgments are searchable by the criteria that are applicable to each case. Decisions are included in their original language for each case but over 250 of the cases are summarised in English.
An explanation as to how to utilise the database a research tool can be found here.
